After a period of use, the equipment inside the chassis and cabinet needs to be cleaned to prevent dust from affecting operation.
Cleaning the inside of the chassis and cabinet involves disassembling each component in eight pieces, and removing each board card to clean it separately. For boards and cards, cleaning is mainly about dust removal. Using a soft bristle brush and blowing a leather bag is a simple process that won't be repeated. Attention should be paid to using a brush to remove dust without excessive force, and to be careful with the components on the board. For areas such as the inside of the heat sink that are inaccessible to the brush, use an air blowing bag to complete cleaning.
Some people feel that it is troublesome to prevent dust from entering the chassis and cabinet, which is unrealistic because it requires external heat dissipation and the fans exchange air with each other. Dust is unavoidable. Keep the room clean and regularly remove dust.
